24/7 Towing · Hayward & the East BayFamily-run since 2008. A 4.8-star reputation earned one tow at a time. And until this month, not a single page online to show for it. This is the story of a 72-hour fix, and a phone that started ringing in 24.
Cowboy Towing has been family-run out of Hayward since 2008, covering the East Bay from Union City to Fremont to San Leandro, around the clock. Robby, the owner, is the one who answers the phone and the one behind the wheel: exotics, classics, food trucks, box trucks, the loads other companies turn down.
Sixteen years of that earned a 4.8-star rating across more than a hundred Yelp reviews. The reputation was never the problem.
Nobody plans to need a tow. Someone breaks down, pulls out a phone, searches, and calls whoever shows up and looks legitimate. It is the purest "near me" business there is. 60% of mobile searchers contact a business directly from the results, and nearly half of all Google searches carry local intent.
With no website, sixteen years of trust were invisible at the only moment that decides who gets the job. Drivers stranded ten minutes from his truck were calling competitors with weaker reviews and a better search result. Every day without a site handed that work to somebody else.
The site was built for the moment it serves: someone on a shoulder with a dying battery. One-tap call button everywhere. The 4.8 stars and review count in the first screen. Services and the full "what we haul" range laid out plainly, the service area mapped, and Robby front and center, because owner-operated is the whole pitch.
The brand leans into the name: western, navy and gold, a yellow truck against East Bay hills. Confident, a little fun, and impossible to mistake for a lead-generation middleman.
"Stuck? Call the Cowboy." The site says in five words what sixteen years of reviews back up.
cowboytow.com went live in July 2026. The first calls came through the site within 24 hours of launch. That's the entire argument for a website in one sentence: the demand was always there, searching, every single day. Now it finds him.
