Founder, strategist, enterprise operator. Below is the work clients hired us for, from 72-hour builds to a college redesign, and the ventures we built with our own money first.
Berkeley City College's website had drifted far from the institution's record. We audited the homepage top to bottom, then built two complete design concepts as live working previews, one expressive, one built around radical simplicity, with accessibility engineered in ahead of the April 2027 federal ADA deadline. The redesign preview is live right now, and the engagement is in progress.
A Bay Area label with real garments and real fans, selling through a borrowed subdomain full of sold-out listings and flat mockups. We rebuilt it from the domain up: brand identity, studio photography for the entire catalog, 4K enhancement of the founder's real photos, brand films, an Instagram relaunch kit, and a storefront that finally matches the clothes. Watch the before and after inside.
Salvadoran cooking with lines out the door at two East Bay locations, and not a single page on the internet to call their own. We took Las Palmas from zero to live in 72 hours: Spanish first with an English toggle one tap away, the full menu, both locations with hours, their real reviews, and a brand drawn from the signage and flag they already owned.
Family-run out of Hayward since 2008, a 4.8-star reputation earned one tow at a time, and no website to show for it at the only moment that decides who gets the job. We built the site around a stranded driver's thumb: one-tap call everywhere, the stars in the first screen, the owner front and center. The phone started ringing within 24 hours of launch.

Brian founded Smile, a plant-based oral and personal care brand, and built every part of it: product development, supply chain, the ecommerce site, social content, retail, and press. Smile passed $500K in peak annual revenue and over $900K in total revenue across four years, shipped to 20+ states and Canada, opened a Los Angeles retail space, and earned features in Cosmopolitan, Intuit, and Black Enterprise.

National press doesn't come to brands that look small. Positioning, packaging, story, and persistence earned Smile national features in Cosmopolitan, Intuit, and Black Enterprise, plus corporate partnerships with Intuit QuickBooks, WSS, and Dave. The same brand-building discipline goes into every client engagement.
At Eagle Eye, Brian worked with Albertsons' leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate personalized marketing into the Oracle ERP behind the grocer's "for U" loyalty platform. That work contributed to a national sales lift of more than five percent. The lesson for smaller businesses: personalization wins at every size, and the tools have never been more accessible.

As a strategist at the ZeeBlu agency, Brian led digital marketing for Santa Barbara banks, retailers, restaurants, and real estate brokerages. Through Citrine Consultants he advised hundreds of businesses, from Main Street shops to nationally recognized companies, on brand, marketing, and the systems to scale. At Eagle Eye he worked with billion-dollar-plus retailers on personalized marketing at national scale, and at Vori he helped grocery store owners run more profitable, tech-enabled stores, putting AI to work in their daily operations. Mays Growth Partners is the continuation of that work, with a decade more scar tissue behind it.
